Ford sales are down, service is down – so what’s the answer?
TJ Escott used the concept of a combination marketing campaign to help the Sheehy Group in all their Ford dealerships. Smartly, he pulled together the Service Manager and the General Manager and explained the incredible benefits of combination marketing; focusing on fewer risks, maximizing efficiencies and the most possible Return on their Investment with Team Velocity.
He ended up with a $25,000 dollar marketing budget at Gaithersburg alone, and more than $50,000 for the Ford stores combined. Along with our team, he created the "Sheehy Summer Sell Off" campaign.
The following attachments are the final creative that he developed to help the dealership grow his "backyard" in both sales and service. The bottom line, this is a very smart campaign!
- The 8.5 a 14 Letter is targeted at current upgradeable customers, with a few generic service coupons
- The jumbo postcard is targeted at pure Red Zone conquest, with three (3) aggressive service coupons
- The medium postcard is for lost customers with attractive service coupons, and a specific Buy-Back message on the postcard.
