Useful Tools: Call Source Tips from CR

Friendly reminders & helpful tips for making the most of our Call Source tools:

  • To provide a client with a Call Source Username and Password, please request in the "notes" section of the PO when you submit your order. CR will email the username and password directly to you, and it will also be in the AL.
  • Forgot a Username or Password? Or on the road? Send CR a quick email and she will get it to you quickly.
  • Log-in's are to see reports and check numbers ONLY. PLEASE contact Christine for all other Call Source related items. No one should be adding, changing or editing in Call Source. It is organized and monitored very carefully for a reason. Notify CR with any necessary edits or additions -- it will be taken care of ASAP.
  • Set up your own email notifications!  See "Set Up Email Notification" on the left hand side in the Online Reports section.
  • If a client has multiple Call Source numbers assigned to Red Zone, Green Zone, Gray Zone, or Service, or for clients who are subscribing to Call Revu that have additional numbers (i.e. website, newspapers, etc.), PLEASE be MINDFUL when submitting POs to select the CORRECT number. If you select a red zone number for a service campaign, your data will be completely skewed when you review your reports; and it will appear very ineffective.
  • A list of your specific client's who use Call Source, their respective phone numbers and their log-in information can be provided to you for easy reference at all times. Email CR for an excel file of this list.
  • New client POs must always contain a TARGET NUMBER (that is not an 800 number), so that a Call Source number can be readily assigned for use in the campaign.
  • REMINDER: If a client is not in Call Revu, the client will only receive a Call Source number for the zone campaigns they are paying for, no other numbers will be given out.
  • Log-in to view Call Source reports at anytime to monitor a campaign. Contact CR for our username and password.

Call Source is a great, effective tool if used correctly!

If you have any questions or need assistance, please email CR. Hope this is helpful!
