Hot Tips: Great "Service Package" for Today's Market

Great "Service Package" for Today's Market

TJ Escott pulled off a marketing bonanza for Passport BMW last month and was so excited at the results that he was able to parlay his enthusiasm to the entire group getting the owner involved in a full blown planning meeting on Thursday!

Passport BMW, using Team Velocity's patented "IFLE" technology was able to target roughly 7500 high mileage BMW owners with a "100,000 Mile Club" campaign (attached). Customers responded at an incredible rate, netting Passport BMW a 26 to 1 return on investment!

Campaign Results Highlights:
  • 100,000 Mile Club (Model Year 1985 to 2002 or 100K miles on last visit) = 256 Repair Orders @ $774 or $197,408 total.
Additionally, Passport BMW targeted another 7500 customers who were either Inactive (7-12 months), Lost (13-36 Months), or Conquest (Never in), using our "3 Point Advantage" campaign. These Customers responded even better netting Passport BMW an eye-popping 35 to 1 return on investment!

Campaign Results Highlights:
  • Customer Reactivation Inactive Customers (7-12 months since last visit) = 175 Repair Orders @ $680 or $118,991.
  • Lost Customers (13-36 months since last visit) 180 Repair Orders @ $721 or $129,785.
  • Conquest Customers (never been in to Passport) 28 Repair Orders @ $504 or $14,107.
Additionally, there are some HOT SALES HIGHLIGHTS: 7 customers from the 100,000 Mile Club mail list bought new vehicles. 7 brand new customers from Conquest bought vehicles, and 12 deals had trade transactions for 2004 or older model years, 4 of which were off-brands (including a Harley Davidson).

Pretty impressive results!
