It can be done! Just because you sell FORD Cars and Trucks doesn't mean you have to be down 34% like everyone else! You just have to implement the right marketing strategy.
In August, Shawn Lynes, General Manager of Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg was done participating in this bad economy. Two Ford stores in his area (Ourisman and Koons) had closed over 10 months ago. "Shut them down and they will come" they all thought. Boy, were they wrong. Months of CallRevu revealed the same thing...no sales calls! The result, 155 TeamV sales and service calls led to a record service month - and the dealership sold 100% of their September 2007 volume.
