An Exceptional Month for Passport Infiniti
An Exceptional Month for Passport Infiniti
While speaking with General Manager Ron Reinhart at Passport Infiniti today, he asked me how our other dealers were doing. I explained that despite a tough market they were doing pretty well, due in no small part to their commitment to our marketing style. Ron proceeded to tell me how the Infiniti dealers in the area were doing terribly -- in some cases blanking 6 of the last 10 days which never happens.
He then exclaimed that Passport Infiniti was having "an exceptional month", he paused and said it again "an exceptional month". The next thing he said took me back "I think it is because we [Passport Infiniti and Team Velocity] have consistently talked to the Passport Infiniti customers and all of the other Infiniti owners in the area for the last 4 months and the momentum is carrying us through these tough times".
Every month we do combo marketing for his store. Just ask Derrick, all we do is change the background color and mix-up the offers to keep it fresh. Passport Executives will tell you there is an appreciable difference in the Infiniti service numbers vs. last year in a tough market. As a result, Passport BMW is going to spend their 2nd $15,000 service marketing investment with us, and Passport President Everett Hellmuth is authorizing service funds at Chrysler right now. Oh yeah, Infiniti is going again, for the 5th month in a row!
Derrick, what color should we go with this month?
